DC Dev Shop is proud to announce our newest member of the team- Joanna Easby!
Joanna is our new Client Success and Marketing Manager here at DCDS. She will truly be our jack of all trades, helping out with everything from client management, inbound marketing, social media, and some web design and development for both DCDS and our clients. Joanna is originally from Arlington, V.A. and commutes into the DCDS office in Washington, D.C. She is a recent graduate of William & Mary, having studied finance, marketing, art, and art history. Though she is now our Client Success and Marketing Manager, she has done nearly every job you can imagine, having been a hostess, a Archivist intern at the Heurich House, a freelance graphic designer, and a children’s soccer coach.
“I’m super excited to be here. I’ve bounced around in a lot of different career fields but I love working in web design and web development. Technology is changing so fast that it’s exciting and stimulating to be in a field where every single day brings in new technology, trends, and designs that can be implemented to a company’s website. I have some background in graphic design and art so to be able to mix that with my studies at school for this new position is amazing.”
When Joanna isn’t working she can usually be found drawing, crafting, or reading. Joanna has been an artist since a young age and continues to this day making too many paintings that no longer fit in her room. She will also tackle any crafting project, having taught herself how to sew and make jewelry. If you ever want to strike up a conversation just ask what book she is reading and you’ll get at least ten recommendations right then and there.
DC Dev Shop is happy to welcome our newest member and hopes you will get to speak to her soon!
